Registration for all delegates will be handled online via the CEA online registration system starting February 1, 2014. Members of the Canadian Agricultural Economics Society register at the same discounted rate as CEA members.

Go to http://economics.ca/2014/en/registration.php to register by clicking the "Register and Pay" button at the bottom under the line "Members of the CAES who are not also CEA members".

Registration will only be available online until Saturday afternoon of the conference (May 31st). Computers will be made available so that people can register online onsite if they have not registered in advance.

For CAES members who are also CEA members or already have a CEA account, please log in at http://my.economics.ca. If you are not sure if you have an account with the CEA, please check if you already have an account with the CEA.

For CAES members who are also CEA members or already have a CEA account, please log in at http://my.economics.ca. If you are not sure if you have an account with the CEA, please check if you already have an account with the CEA. If you do not have an account with the CEA, please use the register-and-pay option above for CEA non-members. After you have logged in or created a CEA account for non-members, please click on the "Study Groups" button on the left side bar and declare your CAES membership for 2014. Then click on the "Make Payment" button on the left side bar and return to the payment page to complete your conference registration.

The number of luncheon/banquet tickets is limited. Register early if you would like to attend any of these events. Please contact the conference program assistant () if you have any dietary restrictions.

Registration fees can only be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or Interac (debit) using the CEA membership management system. We do not accept other types of payments during advance registration. Specifically, we do not accept cheques (government or personal), purchase orders, or registrations by fax. Those unable to use government/company credit cards on-line will need to use their own personal credit card to register and then submit to their employer a claim for reimbursement. Cash payments and credit card payments can be made in person when checking in at the conference venue. We make refunds subject to a $40 processing fee deduction until and including May 9, 2014. No refunds will be made after that date.

Important Notice: All credit card payments to the Canadian Economics Association will appear on your credit card or bank statement as UBC E-PAYMENT WWW.UBC.CA or UNIVERSITY OF BC. The University of British Columbia manages the credit card payment services for the CEA. If you use a commercial or government credit card, please advise your Accounts Office.
