Call for Organised Symposia Proposals

Organised Symposia Proposals - Due February 21

CAES Organized Symposia sessions provide an opportunity to explore ideas that are relevant to the CAES and agricultural economics discipline. Potential sessions include state of the art lectures, mentoring sessions for young academics/graduate students, joint industry-academic panel discussions, ted-style lectures, among several others. We are particularly interested in exploring novel formats, new ideas and broader engagement strategies.

CAES organised symposia are treated completely separately from the selected paper programs of both the CEA and the CAES, and are not affected by the one abstract per program rule.

Session proposals for CAES Organized Symposia should be one to two pages in length and include a detailed outline of session format, titles of presentations, presenters names and affiliations.

Session proposals should be submitted directly to the CAES President, Jean-Philippe Gervais ().
