Student Travel Grants

The Canadian Agricultural Economics Society (CAES) invites students, majoring in a program in agricultural economics or agri-business management at a Canadian University, to participate to its Annual Meeting on July 25th to July 27th, 2010 in Denver (Colorado).

The CAES, through its Foundation, will provide travel grants to students to help offset their costs of travel and conference expenses. To be eligible to receive travel assistance, students must be presenting a paper on a topic related to rural, agri-food, resource or environmental economics. Students can be either undergraduate or graduate. In addition, students must be members of the CAES.

The executive of the CAEFM Foundation would appreciate that written requests for student travel grants to the CAES annual meeting in Denver, USA be made by April 1, 2010. The heads of each department have already received a letter inviting them to submit the names of students. Please contact the head of your department for more information.
